At Premiere Audio Visual, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all manuals and accessories.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation).

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or if the product has been opened, installed, or used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened electronic devices such as projectors, amplifiers, CPUs, and laptops.

  • Custom or special installation products (e.g., mounted lighting or display setups).

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, power surges, or moisture.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@premieraudiovisual.co.ke within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide pickup or drop-off instructions.

  4. Returns are inspected upon receipt, and we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer).

  • Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable, except when the fault was ours.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly supplied products based on stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit of equal value.

6. Warranty

Most electronic products (e.g., projectors, amplifiers, speakers, laptops) include a manufacturer’s warranty of 6–12 months.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage from misuse, electrical faults, or liquid exposure.
