  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation and delivery details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Options

We offer multiple delivery methods for your convenience:

a. Nairobi & Surrounding Areas

  • Same-day delivery available for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM.

  • Delivery within 1–2 business days for most locations.

  • Cash on delivery (COD) available for select items.

b. Outside Nairobi

  • We deliver countrywide via trusted courier partners such as G4S, Fargo, or Wells Fargo.

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on location.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Delivery fees vary based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard delivery within Nairobi starts from KSh 300.

  • For bulky or heavy items (e.g., amplifiers, speakers, projectors, furniture), shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or communicated before dispatch.

  • Free delivery may apply for selected promotions or high-value orders.

4. Order Pickup

Customers may also collect their orders from our store at no extra cost.
